Dress Code

This dress code for the event is business casual. If you tend to get cold, you may want to bring a jacket or a sweater, as the rooms in the conference hotels may be chilly. Consider dressing in layers to help you stay comfortable whether you are inside or outside.

P.S. If you're interested in showing off your best Canadian Tuxedo  or dressing in red and white, the Launch Party is the perfect place! But there is absolutely no pressure - we want you to be comfortable

ADRP 2025 Service Project - The Refugee Centre

ADRP is excited to partner with The Refugee Centre – Le Centre de Réfugiés for the 2025 Service Project. The Refugee Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating the settlement and integration of newcomers into the broader Montréal community. The organization is grounded in a holistic and sustainable approach to support, offering a variety of services encompassing economic, educational, wellness, legal, and social integration.

The Refugee Centre has many areas of support, as described above. Their most pressing need is ensuring newcomers in the community have access to basic needs like hygiene products, food, school supplies, etc. Therefore, ADRP's service project will be to support the Centre in providing these needs to their constituents.

At the 2025 ADRP International Conference, attendees (you!) will have the opportunity to support the mission of The Refugee Centre as the recipient of this year's service project.

Trivia & Passport to Prizes

This conference would not be possible without the support of our sponsors and exhibitors. The Passport to Prizes In-App game is completely optional but offers a unique way to encourage and facilitate conversation between attendees and our sponsors/exhibitors.

To play, click on the "Passport to Prizes" icon on the home screen to scan the QR codes located at each booth in the Exhibit Hall. Then, navigate to the "Trivia" icon and ask the exhibitors about their trivia questions!

Attendees who scan all of the codes and trivia questions will be entered into a drawing to win prizes donated by our sponsors and exhibitors, as well as a complimentary 2026 ADRP Conference registration, and an ADRP Membership.
